Bahan:
250 gr tepung ketan
50 gr tepung beras
1 sdt pasta pandan
Parutan kelapa
280 ml air
Nutela / Ovomaltine
Cara membuat:
1. Campur tepung ketan, tepung beras, pasta pandan, dan air.
2. Aduk adonan dan tambahkan air pelan2 hingga menjadi kalis.
3. Masukkan ovomaltine ke dalam adonan dan bentuk menjadi bundar
4. Rebus adonan kedalam air panas hingga mengambang.
5. Taburkan kelapa parut diatas klepon.
